Yesteryear actress Nagma distanced herself from films after her prime. Later on she embraced christianity and became an ardent follower of the faith. She is even dedicating her time for propogation of Christianity in India. There are objections from various communities that public figures should not endorse religious conversions.
However few Christian ads with Nagma photos appeared in trains and buses in Mumbai. Even large hoardings were erected with her pictures. They are creating huge uproar every where. Viswa Hindu Parishad is demanding that the posters should be brought down immediately or face their ire. Recently, Director Teja approached Nagma to do a role in his movie however the actress did not agree as she is occupied with religious works.
