The Gray Man has opened to disastrous reviews from renowned critics. The film is rated badly by almost every top Hollywood site. It is reported that The Gray Man has “style” but no “substance”. A few are even calling it the blandest action film ever.

Tamil audiences hoped Dhanush would shine on the big stage with this film but that wasn’t to be. There wasn’t even much of a mention about Dhanush in the reviews, which could be an indication about his character potency in the film.

Netflix has reportedly spent over Rs 200 crores on The Gray Man and it was tipped to be the film that propels Netflix’s image globally. But the early reviews are unanimously negative. This should come as a rude shock to Netflix.

The Gray Man is directed by Avengers: End Game fame, Russo Brothers. All the star cast and fine technical crew haven’t helped the film, as it appears. The film will stream on Netflix globally from the 22nd of this month.
