Nidhhi Agerwal Incident Raises Safety Questions

Nidhhi Agerwal Mobbed Lulu Mall at Raja Saab song launch

The second song from Prabhas’s The Raja Saab, titled Sahana Sahana, was launched yesterday at Lulu Mall in Hyderabad. Producer TG Vishwa Prasad, music director Thaman, and director Maruthi attended the event. As usual, Prabhas was not present, so the film’s heroine Nidhhi Agerwal attended to add glamour to the song launch.

There was chaos at the event, which has sadly become common due to delays or poor planning. Thaman even addressed his song delay issue during his speech. However, the real unfortunate incident happened after the brief event ended.

As Nidhhi Agerwal tried to leave the venue, a huge mob, in the name of fans literally crushed her. There was no space for her to move or escape. Multiple videos that went viral online show how scary the situation was. She finally managed to reach her car, and her reaction after sitting inside her car said everything.

This incident highlights the lack of civic sense among sections of the audience, mostly younger crowds in this case, who behaved irresponsibly and shamlessly in the name of fandom.

Many are also pointing fingers at the makers for poor planning, lack of proper security, and for conducting such an event in a crowded public place like a mall where access is open to everyone.
