Nithiin RobinHood

In Tollywood and Bollywood, whenever a sequel is released, it seems to perform well at the box office regardless of its content. Even if the first half is good and the second half is weak, or vice versa, sequels generally deliver big numbers. This trend has been proven multiple times, even with smaller films.

Nithiin, who has had several successful films in the past but is now struggling to revive his career and make a comeback, faces a big challenge. He is up against a youthful sequel like Mad Square. The first part Mad was already a hit, and its sequel carries instant buzz. Even average content could be enough to propel the sequel forward at the box office.

On the other hand, Nithiin, who recently delivered disasters like Extraordinary Man, Macherla Niyojakavargam is gearing up for his next promising entertainer, Robin Hood with his Bheeshma director Venky Kudumula.

Unfortunately, clashing with a buzzworthy sequel like Mad Square might not work in his favor, especially given the current state of his career. Unless Robin Hood offers content that matches or surpasses the excitement generated by Mad Square, Nithiin could face a tough time at the box office.

While it’s too early to predict the outcome, one thing is clear: competing with a sequel in his current career phase is a risky move. Success will largely depend on whether Robin Hood can create enough buzz to hold its own against the sequel.
