Jr NTR is coming up with Devara this summer as the film is set for its theatrical debut on the 5th of April. The glimpse video of the film was unveiled today and there is an interesting observation on the same.
NTR has dubbed for the teaser in all five languages – Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, Kannada, and Malayalam. It isn’t like he dubbed in a namesake manner. He has excelled in all the languages, to an extent where his dubbing in the traditionally tough Malayalam language has also gotten a good response.
Usually, Tollywood’s pan Indian stars dub in Telugu and leave the dubbing in respective languages to expert dubbing artists. Same thing happened with the likes of Prabhas and Allu Arjun who are the other two established pan-Indian stars from Tollywood.
Ram Charan dubbed for the Hindi version of RRR apart from the customary Telugu version, while NTR dubbed in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and Hindi. This time, for Devara, NTR appears to have covered the tough Malayalam language as well. The same thing was seen in the Malayalam version of Devara glimpse as it had NTR’s voice.
Will this be just for the glimpse or will NTR dub for the entire film in Malayalam? We shall wait and see. Either way, no contemporary Telugu superstar comes even close to NTR when it comes to oratory skills.
