A lot of big-budget projects are on the way in the next few years and the list includes Toxic, featuring Yash in the lead. The makers have recently released a new poster on January 6, 2025, which has created excitement among the superstar’s fans.
The poster revealed that a special announcement is scheduled for Wednesday, January 8, at 10:25 a.m. The glimpse shows a man standing near a car with a cigarette in his mouth. Although the face is not revealed, it is undoubtedly Yash.

Notably, January 8 will also mark Yash’s birthday, which means that fans can expect a big revelation, possibly a specific release date for the film.
Considering that Toxic is arriving on the big screen possibly by the end of this year or in 2026, it will mark Yash’s return to theatres after a long gap of 4-5 years. Following the release of the poster, social media platforms have been flooded with different reactions.

People have claimed that the upcoming film will break all the records, specifically the ones made by Yash’s previous film K.G.F. Chapter 2. A few others stated that it is expected to gross almost Rs. 2,000 crores.
The film is also arriving in Hindi and because Yash became a popular face with K.G.F. among the North Indian audience, it remains to be seen if he can maintain that position with Toxic.

Notably, the makers have not confirmed anything about the female leads. But the film’s success will depend on its content and that remains in question considering the work of director Geetu Mohandas in the past.
Toxic is reported to be an entertainer targeted at the mass audience and Geetu has never handled such subjects or superstars like Yash. Since this will be her first experience with such a big film, time will tell if she succeeds in fulfilling the audience’s expectations.
