Paradha starring Anupama Parameswaran, Darshana Rajendra, Sangita has been one of the most impressive high concept films in recent times. The teaser and songs released from the film have created good buzz among audiences. Ustaad Ram Pothineni has released the trailer, today, in a special event.
The trailer follows the story of a village belle, played by Anupama, wearing Paradha, going through a difficult expedition in Himalayas. We see her sticking to her traditional beliefs, despite mocking by Darshana and others. She tries to overcome the issues but Paradha proves to be a hassle.
Anupama delivered a highly emotional and compelling performance in this role. She looks extra thin and believable as village belle. Her performance looks convincing and compelling. The shots of her being equated to Goddess Kali, in the end cement the good impression on the film.
Praveen Kandregula has directed the film produced by Vijay Donkada, Sridhar Makkuva, Sreenivasulu PV. The high concept women empowerment oriented film promises to be a highly emotional and entertaining watch with social awareness. BGM by Gopi Sundar proves to be another asset for this movie releasing on 22nd August, everywhere.
