Model cum actress, Poonam Pandey who hits the headlines for her raunchy and controversial comments is in the news again. The Mumbai police have booked her for flaunting lockdown norms.
Poonam Pandey was reportedly seen (on Sunday evening) roaming around the Marina Beach in Mumbai for no reason, at all. She was just doing time-pass with her boyfriend, according to reports. They were in a car, travelling around. Earlier, it was thought to be just another man, but later it is revealed to be the boyfriend.
When the act came under the notice of the Mumbai police, they immediately booked a case against her. The latest government provision (under National Disaster Act) during the pandemic times, allows them to file ‘cases’ for such irresponsible behaviour. It is a negligent behaviour likely to cause spreading of the disease, and disobedience of official order.
The latest reports coming in suggest that Poonam Pandey is arrested, but more details about it are awaited. The controversial figure seems to have gotten into trouble yet again, with no real necessity or reason for it. She seems to have developed a knack for it.
