Manchu Manoj is happy with the response to his film Potugadu, which released last Saturday. He says the film has lived up to the audiences expectations of satisfying them with wholesome entertainment. He strongly believes comedy worked in the favour of the film.
He says initially he was skeptical about the film since it was a remake, but as he started working for it he felt confident. He believes the success of the film doesn’t belong to him, but for the entire team of Potugadu, which also includes its producer L. Sreedhar and director Pawan.
Saying that he totally believed in Pawan, and is happy that he didn’t let him down. He says the film has been adjudged a hit, but the box-office numbers are yet to prove that. Manoj is now gearing up for ‘Son of Pedarayaudu’.
