On top of it, it has now been officially announced that the film has a runtime of over 3 hours and 20 minutes. Such a lengthy runtime might put off a section of the audience.

Also, many single screens will face difficulty in screening more than 4 shows due to the lengthy duration of the film.
While initially, it was expected that the film would easily cross the first-day collections of Jawan and Pathaan in Hindi, now the expectations have gone down a bit.
The trade now believes that anything above 50 crores net in Hindi would be an outstanding opening for Pushpa 2.
For Allu Arjun, crossing the 50-crore mark without the support of major brand names like Rajamouli, Sandeep Reddy Vanga, or Prashanth Neel in the North would be a phenomenal achievement.
This success would be entirely driven by Allu Arjun’s immense popularity across the country.
