Pushpa 2 Hindi Target

The wait for the biggest film of 2024 Pushpa 2 is almost coming to an end. The expectations from fans, the audience, and the box office are sky-high. But the big question is where it is heading in terms of advance bookings in Hindi as of today.

In 2021, Pushpa (Hindi) surprised everyone by earning 12 crores in its first three days, with zero promotion. It did better than KGF Chapter 1, which made 9.20 crores.

2. Pathaan – 55 crores
3. KGF Chapter 2 – 42.50 crores
4. Animal – 41.50 crores
5. Baahubali 2 – 38 crores

Pushpa 2 is expected to have a superb opening in Hindi. Initially, the film was expected to beat the likes of Jawan and Pathaan. But the songs and trailer even though well-received couldn’t take the hype to the next level. Allu Arjun may challenge KGF Chapter 2 for the third spot.

Advance bookings for Pushpa 2 will begin on November 29. Over a million people have already shown interest on the BookMyShow platform.

The film is set to release on December 5, 2024, and will run for about 3 hours and 20 minutes. The film has received a U/A certificate.

In terms of tickets sold in advance in the National Chain of multiplexes, (PVR, INOX, and Cinepolis) Baahubali 2 holds the record for the most tickets sold in Hindi, with 6.50 lakh tickets. Jawan and Pathaan follow, with 5.57 lakh and 5.56 lakh tickets sold, respectively.

Anything above 4 lakh tickets sold in advance in PIC would be considered outstanding. The film will have a lot of spot bookings in the B and C centers which take the number to 50 crore net on the opening day in Hindi.

Pushpa 2 will likely have higher ticket prices compared to recent films like Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 and Singham Again, possibly around 10-12% higher than the Diwali releases.
