Ram Charan, who is often known to fumble during Telugu speeches, has done it again.
Recently, his speech at the Bhopal event grabbed attention when he accidentally referred to cricketer Bumrah as a football player. Now, during the Peddi pre-release event in Vijayawada, Charan had another slip of the tongue.
While referring to the producer on stage, Charan mistakenly said “Vennupotu” talking about his producer Venkata Satish Kilaru. The moment quickly drew laughs and instantly became one of the talking points from the event.
While harmless and clearly unintentional, these kinds of slips often end up becoming easy material for meme pages and trolling online, something no big star would want.
That said, Charan’s confidence in the film remained the biggest takeaway from the event.
Once again, he said #Peddi gave him the same feeling he had during films like Magadheera, RRR, and Rangasthalam. He went on to describe Peddi as a once-in-a-decade film experience for him.
Those are massive words coming from Charan and clearly show the level of belief the team has in the project.
