After having worked with legendary Rajamouli for RRR, Ram Charan made some questionable choices with regard to his upcoming directors. He decided to work with the likes of Shankar and Buchi Babu, which did not end well for him.
Comparatively Buchi Babu might have been better in terms of creative depth and the execution, but still that is not enough for the hard work that was put in motion by Charan.
There was a lot of complaining happening about the directorial choices that were being made by Charan, and he finally appears to have rectified the same. He is going to work with Sukumar for his upcoming project, and it is currently in the early stages of production.
Finally, Charan appears to have found himself a director whom he can complete trust and put all the hard that he can. Till the recent past, all the hard work that was put up by Charan was completely wasted by his directors as years of his work went down the drain.
Sukumar might be extremely demanding in nature, but at the end of the day, he will deliver the right kind of output that is expected for a big hero like Charan. The production timelines will obviously be all over the place, as is expended with Sukumar. But the final output and the presentation of Charan are going to be on point, as expected.
When a big hero like Charan is investing multiple years into a project, it should definitely be a rewarding outcome, and that is possible only with carefully engineering directors like Sukumar.
