Mass hero Ravi Teja’s Tiger Nageswara Rao, the biopic of infamous Telugu dacoit with the same name released in theaters today. The film is directed by newcomer Vamsee.
Coming to the OTT aspect of the film, it has sealed Amazon Prime Video as its official OTT streaming partner.
Amazon Prime is particularly aggressive when it comes to signing noted Telugu films and they had bagged yesterday’s big ticket release, Bhagavanth Kesari as well.
Now, the OTT giant has gotten ahold of Tiger Nageswara Rao and the film could be streaming on Prime in 3 or more weeks from now, based on its theatrical run.
The film has Ravi Teja in the titular role and Nupur Sanon plays the leading lady in the same. It is the first pan Indian attempt from Ravi Teja and he promoted it well. It has to be seen how the film will fare at the box office, and then, on OTT.
