This is what is called being born with a Midas Touch. Sachin Joshi, who had been in news recently for the enmity with Tollywood producer Bandla Ganesh has once again made headlines for buying an expensive property in Goa, in fact, a sea-facing villa in the Rome of the East.

The villa is special because it is the Kingfisher villa which was once owned by the liquor baron Vijay Mallya. We know, he owned a lot of money for many banks and one of them happens to be SBI. The villa was put up for auction but, no one came for the highest price bid Rs. 85 crores.
After three auctions, Sachin Joshi procured the property for Rs. 73.01 crores after negotiations with the authorities of State Bank of India. Sachin Joshi is the vice chairman of JMJ and Viking Media and Entertainment. So, the property of Mallya is finally disposed to the businessman turned actor.
