Salaar Overtakes Dunki In North?

Salaar Dunki

SRK’s Dunki aims to achieve a net collection in the range of 9.50-10 crore on Tuesday, marking an approximate 50% drop from Friday. While the film’s collections maintain momentum, the drop isn’t steep, indicating a moderate performance.

The film’s six-day collections are expected to reach 133 crore net, and it has the potential to sustain decent numbers until New Year’s Day, particularly in multiplexes.

Although Dunki continues to perform well in metropolitan areas, Salaar’s collections are now closely competitive, marking a shift since its release.

Salaar did well in Hindi after Christmas, collecting 9-9.50 crore, bringing its total to 76 crore in five days. The drop from Friday was 40%, which is good. It might reach 95 crore in the first week, and there’s an extended second weekend to come.

There are allegations that both Dunki and Salaar makers are pumping collections by doing self-bookings. The business of Salaar has more or less reached its potential in the South and overseas. The Hindi market is the only zone left where Salaar still hasn’t reached its potential.

Social media is getting rather ugly at the moment as trackers of both Hindi and Telugu films are trolling each other regarding corporate bookings, and fans from both sides are exacerbating the situation.
