There are speculations that the Animal director Sandeep Reddy Vanga has approached Salman Khan for a dark, intense film, and surprisingly, Bhaijaan has also shown interest.
But a few years ago, Salman Khan was mighty pissed off at Sandeep Reddy Vanga. Before Animal, Vanga was planning a film titled Devil. He had approached Mahesh Babu then.
As we all know Salman Khan is the OG Devil. He played the memorable Devil character in Kick and was finalizing a script for Kick 2 with the same Devil character.
When Vanga announced Devil, Salman was upset that Vanga stole the title of his iconic character. But somehow neither Kick 2 nor Devil happened. Salman moved on to other films and Vanga made Animal.
Now Sandeep Reddy Vanga has approached Salman Khan to enter his dark world. Salman Khan’s ship is sinking in Bollywood and he needs some good directors to bail him out.
Vanga is definitely one of them who has the talent and vision to bring out the beast within Salman. Vanga’s characterizations also suit the real-life personality of Salman Khan. So Salman is an apt choice to be Vanga’s hero.
However, Vanga already has Animal Park and a film titled Spirit with Prabhas on his plate. He also has the Devil’s script ready.
