Santhana Prapthirasthu, an upcoming musical family entertainer, buzz is raising high with promotional content. The story unfolds as Jack Reddy, played by Tharun Bhascker, inquires about Vikranth’s love story.
Vikranth falls in love with Chandini Chowdary, and their charming on-screen chemistry adds a refreshing touch. However, after marrying Kalyani, he faces disapproval from her father and soon discovers that the couple is unable to conceive due to his low sperm count.
Determined to win over his father-in-law and prove his love, Vikranth takes the advice of Dr. Bhramaram, portrayed by Vennela Kishore, to increase his sperm count. His journey, however, becomes more complicated as his uncle attempts to interfere, wanting to take his daughter back home.
