After the bifurcation of Telugu states Andhra and Telangana, AP has not got any remarkable support from Telugu film industry, except for one or two celebs on rare occasions. Though most of them are from Andhra origin in Tollywood, they haven’t come forward in support to their native. Well, they have their own reasons which are pretty known to all.

But now all of a sudden, Telugu heroes and directors are showering their love on their native by pouring tweets, supporting the AP Special Status demand protest that is going to be held at RK beach on Thursday. Is this love that came out of blue genuine or the Jallikattu effect? Who knows? Looks like they want to save themselves from a mean embarrassment in case the AP protest becomes prominent like Jallikattu?
Jallikattu was not expected to bring such a sensation over the state when it started and many of the Tamil actors joined their voice with the protestors. Whoever from Tollywood that have not raised their voice for the state during bifurcation and are announcing their support with the “AP Demand’s Special Status” silent protest, they just seem to be playing a safe game.
