Nara Rohith once known for attempting different kinds of films is back on the big screen. Recently, he appeared alongside other actors in Bhairavam. Now, his solo lead project Sundarakanda, a fun-filled family entertainer has released its trailer.
The first impression is that of a light, harmless family entertainer set against a comic backdrop, perfectly cast with actors like senior Naresh and others. The dialogues, as seen in the trailer, add a fun touch and create a positive vibe, reminiscent of the charm that worked for Sree Vishnu’s Samajavaragamana.
The fun family setup, casting choices like Naresh, Comedian Satya, and VTV Ganesh, along with music by Leon James work well in the trailer and come together as a promising fun package. If the film also maintains its comic relief throughout and keeps the writing fresh, Rohith could see a strong positive response.
Films of this kind often find their audiences in theatres despite the attention given to big-ticket releases. Sundarakanda is written and directed by Venkatesh and is aiming for release on 27 August.
