The makers after tasting big success on the horror comedy Geethanjali immediately wanted to do a sequel to it as they had an idea ready for it. When they pitched the idea to the actress they expected her to accept it as she got big name with it but to their surprise the actress had upped the remuneration. As a result Swathi is now being considered in her place.
Heroines being dropped for quoting high remuneration are very common in the industry. It is a surprise therefore that the makers weren’t thinking of any such demand from the actress. Will Swathi prove to be an able replacement remains to be seen?
