December 24, 2026 is turning out to be an interesting date for Telugu cinema.
Nagarjuna’s King100 has officially announced its release date as December 24. Shah Rukh Khan’s King is also arriving on the same day.
Now NBK111 is also being planned for December 24.
There is one difference, though. The dates of King100 and Shah Rukh Khan’s King are confirmed, while the December 24 date for NBK111 is still only a plan from the team.
If NBK111 stays on the date, we could have three big-star films arriving for Christmas. Nagarjuna is coming with his 100th film, Shah Rukh Khan has King, and Balakrishna has his next under the direction of Gopichand Malineni.
For the Telugu market, an NBK and Nagarjuna clash itself would be a big deal. With Shah Rukh Khan’s film also coming on the same day, the competition for theatres will be even tougher.
There is still enough time for one of the films to move. But as things stand now, December 24 has become a date worth watching.
