Recent Telugu release, Saakini Daakini turned out to be a disaster in terms of box office returns. The film couldn’t pull the Telugu audience to the theatres and it ended up as a dud.
Now, just 14 days post its theatrical release, the film is headed for its OTT premieres. It will apparently be made available for streaming on Netflix from 30th September.

Netizens are now breathing fire on the makers of this action thriller as they ask what’s the point in releasing the film in theaters if it arrives on OTT just 2 weeks post the theatrical release date.
The film is directed by Sudheer Varma and it is a remake of Korean action thriller Midnight Runners. The film was initially announced for direct to OTT release by the producer Suresh Babu but some reason, it later arrived in theaters, only to make its OTT debut two weeks later.
