Vijay Deverakonda is coming up with Family Star which is headed for theatrical release on the 5th of April. Coming to the trade aspect of the film, according to reports, the film has a seemingly easy target in terms of theatrical rights, while it enjoys the lucrative summer season advantage.
Apparently, the film’s worldwide theatrical rights are valued in the range of Rs 45 crore which is a target that is well within the reach of Vijay Deverakonda.

The coming together of Geetha Govindam’s director-hero combination and the chemistry aspect between Vijay and buzzing heroine Mrunal Thakur could work in Family Star’s favor. The film’s trailer implied that it is a packed action entertainer.
Moreover, Family Star is the only commercial potboiler with a noted hero in the lead role and it could well be lapped up by the Telugu folk given the vacuum.

The summer season is lucrative for commercial films and Vijay D promises the same with this Parasuram directorial. The word of mouth is the key here, we must note.
Vijay’s previous film, Kushi reportedly collected the worldwide share in the range of 45 crore and now, Family Star has been set a target in the same range. If Vijay can hit it out of the park with this commercial potboiler, it could further boost his market.
