Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board has decided to use the services of popular star Vijay Deverakonda as the face of the awareness campaign for conservation of water in Hyderabad.
Vijay Deverakonda isn’t the first Tollywood hero to be a part of a campaign held by one of the government organisations in Hyderabad. Earlier, other Tollywood heroes were involved in Road Safety, Swachch Bharat and many other campaigns.
These awareness campaigns will mostly be helpful for the heroes to get closer to the people and build rapport with them directly. People in Hyderabad would connect with Vijay Deverakonda easily as he belongs to the place and his accent is their own.
On the work front, the young hero has tasted a bitter pill with ‘Dear Comrade’ failure. His next project is going to be very crucial for him, professionally.
