These days the reviews on a movie almost give out most of the story of a film except ‘The End’. The early reviews (Not regional reviews in Tamil) on Vijay’s ‘Puli’ aren’t positive and have declared that ‘Puli’ is no ‘Baahubali’ in no aspect. Well, that is going to stop any comparison with ‘Baahubali’.

What is surprising is, Vijay’s ‘Puli’ is indirectly promoting his rival Ajith’s upcoming movie ‘Vedhalam’. Interestingly, Vedhalam is the name of the tribe in ‘Puli’ which possesses magic powers (mythical tribe to be clear) and is villainous in nature. The tribes’ warriors are shown as tyrants under tyrant queen Sridevi.
Since the entire fight of the hero is to end the tyrannical rule, it’s obvious that ‘Vedhalam’, Ajith’s movie’s name will be promoted heavily through Vijay’s fantasy drama. Only recently, Ajith’s movie was named ‘Vedhalam’. What a coincidence!
