“Thandel is the most complicated film in my career. It is also the costliest. We shot the film in difficult locations like in the sea and it also involved a lot of VFX. But we are very confident about the film,” Bunny Vas assured.

We asked him about the wow factor of the film as it is a familiar real story.

“It is not exactly the story of the fishermen of Srikakulam. There are many such stories along other coasts of India. Some people have gone from Mumbai as well. We took interesting stories from many places and woven them into an exciting story. The last 30 minutes of the film especially will be very emotional and is the major highlight of the movie,” Bunny Vas said.

He also revealed how far Nagarjuna is involved in this project and what he told them.

Nishant asked Bunny Vas if he was able to concentrate on the film because he was too occupied with the Allu Arjun Arrest issue in December and January.

“It is true we were not able to focus in December due to that issue but the director, hero, and editor ran the show. Unlike my previous films, this crew is experienced. So things do not need my monitoring. So, the work did not stop even then,” he said.

Bunny Vas, the other day, met Sri Tej the boy who was hospitalized in Sandhya Theater Stampede.

He revealed how Bunny is taking care of the boy and how a recent review meeting prompted his visit to the hospital.

He also spoke about Balakrishna getting Padma Bhushan, why the industry did not felicitate Chiranjeevi on Padma Vibhushan, the gap between him and Pawan Kalyan after Bunny’s Nandhyal campaign, etc.
