Similarly, Priyanka Chopra has ventured beyond her successful acting career, establishing herself in various business domains. She founded Purple Pebble Pictures, a production company, and co-owned SONA, an upscale Indian restaurant located in New York City’s Flatiron District.

Despite initial success and praise for its haute cuisine and cultural ambiance, SONA closed its doors after just three years of operation.

Co-founded by Priyanka Chopra and Maneesh K. Goyal in 2021, the restaurant’s closure in 2023 coincided with Chopra’s departure from the partnership.
