On the occasion of her birthday, Keerthy Suresh’s look from her upcoming film Dasara starring Nani in the lead was unveiled yesterday.
Keerthy Suresh is playing a village belle named Vennela from Telangana. The character’s peppiness seems to define her character Vennala. She looks raw and rustic yet beautiful.
Soon after the poster was released, discussions started on social media and people began comparing her character to Samantha’s in Rangasthalam and Rashmika Mandanna’s in Pushpa.
Samantha won a lot of love and appreciation from the audience for the role of Ramalakshmi in Rangasthalam where as Rashmika as Srivalli couldn’t create much of an impact and was trolled for her overacting in some scenes.
Keerthy Suresh is a solid performer and if given a strong role and good director she can leave a solid impact with her performance. It would be interesting to see if her role as Vennela in Dasara goes the Samantha way or the Rashmika way.
