Pushpa’ first single is about to release in a few days. It is all over the web and even on ground level and with fans, there is a huge curiosity. Since it is also aimed at pan-India audiences like RRR, it makes one wonder if Pushpa will succeed where RRR failed despite repeated attempts.
RRR has three of the biggest names from Telugu cinema coming together. Naturally, anything would pass by for the local audience. However, the same wouldn’t hold true for the non-local audience. SS Rajamouli and his team had to draw attention with their content.
Unfortunately, all the RRR promo material has had an underwhelming response so far, relative to the expectations. It is here that Pushpa is threatening to score.
The first single announcement of Pushpa has taken the internet by storm. The combo of Sukumar and Devi Sri Prasad with Allu Arjun seems to have done the trick. The lyrics tease is further enticing.
But, more importantly, it is the enthusiasm in non-Telugu languages that is drawing everyone’s attention. The ‘Jaaho Jaago Bakre’ lyric has caught on with the people. If the song lives up to the expectations musically, it would be a massive start for the pan-India journey of Pushpa.
Imagine, the first single of Pushpa emerging as a blockbuster all over and surpassing the RRR’ Dosti views. It would go a long way in hyping up Pushpa for both Telugu and non-Telugu audiences. It is why we wonder if Pushpa will score where RRR is repeatedly failing. Let’s wait and see how things turn out.
