Kannada superstar Yash delivered one of the iconic blockbusters of South Indian cinema in the form of KGF. He then took more than four years materialise his next project which happened to be Toxic, which eventually turned out to be one of the biggest disaster of all time in Indian cinema.
The film might have been an all time disaster in the history of Indian cinema, but it was able to pull reasonable openings across India, which is a positive indication for Yash as a star.
Yash has certainly gained a significant market across the country thanks to the KGF universe, and he can surely build further on this if he comes up with the right kind of subject.
At this point, there isn’t adequate talent pool in Kannada cinema or other South Indian film industries apart from Telugu that can fully utilise the pan India market of Yash.
One solid option that Yash has in front of him now is to get back to his favourite and trusted director Prashanth Neel. The last time, the two of them collaborated they delivered an iconic blockbuster in the form of KGF 2.
So, if at all they come together for the third part of the KGF franchise in the near future, then the prospect is very bright for this film.
If Yash invested more than four years in a film like Toxic, then he can certainly wait for Prashanth Neel to complete his current commitments and collaborate with him which is sure to ring the right bells.
