Yuva Chandraa Krishna and Ananya Nagalla played the lead roles in the upcoming film Pottel directed by Sahit Mothkhuri of Bandham Regad and Savaari fame. As the makers are planning to release the movie soon, they unveiled its teaser. Sensational director Sandeep Reddy released the teaser.
The story is set in a remote village in Telangana where there is caste discrimination. Poor don’t have equal rights that the rich and high-class people have. Under these circumstances, Yuva Chandraa wants to secure a bright future for his daughter through education. Unfortunately, he is stuck in an unwanted problem with Pottel (sacred sheep) disappearing.
The teaser that shows the culture and traditions of Telangana rural strikes a chord with all sections of audiences. Yuva Chandraa Krishna played his character like an experienced actor. Ananya Nagalla is cool, whereas Ajay came up with a terrific performance.
Sahit Mothkhuri who impressed everyone with his first two movies has come up with another intriguing subject. There is genuineness in the storytelling. Monish Bhupathi Raju and Shekar Chandra handle camera and music departments respectively.
The film’s release date will be announced soon.
