Global Star Ram Charan and his wife Upasana Kamineni Konidela received an unexpected and heartwarming birthday tribute for their daughter, Klin Kaara, who turned two today.
The management of the Hyderabad Zoo named a female tigress Klin Kaara after the couple’s daughter. The tigress was born during the family’s visit to the zoo last year and now shares her name with the young child.

Ram Charan shared the news on social media. He also reiterated the family’s stance on animal rights, stating that while they believe wild creatures belong in their natural habitats, those in zoos must be treated with dignity, care, and love.
In this picture shared by Upasana, she is seen holding her daughter Klin Kaaran and looking at the tigress. “A year ago, she was just a tiny cub. Today, she’s a playful tigress named KlinKaara — after our daughter. Thank you @hydzoo for this beautiful gesture. We believe wildlife belongs in the wild, but support efforts that honour animals with dignity and care,” reads her post on X.
