‘Vidudala 2’, which highlights Vijay Sethupathi’s performance, is a much-awaited sequel. The Telugu release rights for this film have been acquired by the renowned producer and head of Sri Vedaakshara Movies, Chintapalli Ramarao. Made as an intense period crime thriller by the visionary director Vetri Maaran, the film will hit the screens on December 20th.

The powerful sequel explores the suspenseful past of Perumal (Vijay Sethupathi), chronicling his formative years, his romantic relationship, and the transformative journey that propelled him from a charismatic union leader to the formidable head of the influential Makkal Padai.

The sequel is coming at a time when another sequel is going great guns at the box office. ‘Pushpa 2’ is a much bigger hit than its first part. In the same way, ‘Vidudala 2’ has a vast potential to become a bigger blockbuster than ‘Vidudala: Part 1’.
