The high turnout of postal ballot votes on the first day of polling, with 90.16 percent participation in Krishna district, indicates significant early engagement among employees in the election process. Allegations have been raised regarding the handling of postal ballots, with suspicions of conspiracies aimed at minimizing anti-government votes. There are claims that employees and teachers are being strategically prevented from voting, possibly to manipulate the results in favor of certain candidates or parties.

Out of a total of 3,728 people in the district, 3,361 employees cast postal ballot votes. The Collector officially announced that 299 people cast their votes in Gannavaram, 490 in Gudivada, 212 in Pedana, 783 in Machilipatnam, 843 in Avanigadda, 246 in Pamarru and 488 in Penamalur.

Meanwhile, other employees will use the postal ballot facility on Sundays and Mondays as well. There are suspicions that conspiracies are going on around the postal ballot. Allegations are being made that employees and teachers are being strategically kept away from voting to reduce anti-government votes.
