Earlier this week, AARAA had predicted a third term for TRS even with a curtailed vote bank. They predicted BJP in second place.
Now another survey agency, Aatma Sakshi said TRS will come back to power with a reduced number of seats and vote share.
The survey says TRS is likely to win 56 to 59 seats out of 119 assembly seats, with a vote share of 39.5 percent.
TRS has got a 46.87% vote share in the 2018 assembly elections. The vote share got dropped to 41.71% in the 2019 General elections and it will be down to 39.5 % if elections happen today.
Unlike AARAA, Aatma Sakshi predicts Congress in second place with 37-39 seats with 31.5% vote share and the BJP will have to satisfy with the third position with 14-16 seats and 21% vote share.
The Survey has been concluded by June 30th and with a sample of 1.88 Lakh scheme.
The bad implementation of schemes like Dalit Bandhu, fees reimbursement, and Aarogya Sri are said to be hampering TRS.
BJP’s prospects are being affected by inflation, petrol prices hike, LPG cylinder prices increase, etc.
