Higher authorities have taken action against Srinivasa Reddy, manager of the Bapatla RTC depot, who raised an objection to the allotment of APS RTC’s land to the YSRCP office. Instructions were issued to report at the central office.
Srinivas Reddy raised his objection before the ministers during the foundation stone laying of the party office. Complaints were made to the police and revenue officials.
Later, he withdrew his complaint on the orders of his superiors.
The higher authorities have issued orders to take action against him and report to the central office.
In his place, the RTC Depot Manager of Chirala has been appointed in charge of Bapatla Depot.
It is said that action has been taken against Srinivas Reddy only on the orders of the government.
It has to be seen how the employees and the associations respond to this. It is important to save the very few upright officers who can stand and question in case of wrongdoings.
