Alla Rama Krishna Reddy’s Graph rose and fell very interestingly. He hogged to limelight by filing cases against the then Chandrababu Naidu Government and stalling the development including Amaravati.
Propaganda in those days used to be so high that the Mangalagiri people defeated Lokesh and handed over victory to Alla even though Amaravati was majorly in the constituency.
But after the 2019 elections, forget about making him cabinet minister, Jagan sidelined Alla and denied him the Mangalagiri ticket.
Alla left the YSR Congress and joined Sharmila’s party. He did not last there for more than a couple of months and returned to YSR Congress.
He was made the incharge of the Party’s victory in Mangalagiri. But after leaving the party and coming back, the people of the constituency and the cadre are looking at Alla Rama Krishna Reddy like a joker.
He is accompanying Lavanya, the party’s Mangalagiri candidate wherever she goes. But seeing Alla with her is taking the fizz out of the campaign.
He is reminding us how he duped people in 2019 and later how that led to a stalemate in the development of the region (with the three capitals announcement).
Now, there are rumors that Jagan may replace Guntur MP candidate Kilaru Rosaiah with Alla Rama Krishna Reddy.
Guntur TDP candidate Pemmasani Chandrasekhar is cruising in the campaign. He is financially as well as vocally strong. Alla will appear as a loser before him and Guntur Parliament will be lost even before the election if he is finalized as the candidate.
“Jagan should sideline him or else he is jinxing the party in the district,” YSR Congress insiders are saying.
