Currently these highways are four lane and will be developed as six lane and eight lane. The central government also agreed for the 185 Kilometers outer ring road proposed around Amaravati.
The state government however will have to take care of the land acquisition. The center had promised to start the Outer Ring Road works once the land acquisition is complete. This center help will improve the infrastructure of Amaravati as well as link Amaravati and Rayalaseema.
