SIT has found AP liquor scam dump at a farmhouse in Shamshabad, Hyderabad. They found Rs 11 crore stacked in 12 boxes.
The money was found in Sulochana Farms guesthouse in Kacharam in Shamshabad, Rangareddy district. It has been found that money was stored in 12 boxes as per the instructions of A1 Raj Kasireddy.
SIT carried out raids following a testimony by Varun Purushottam and A13 Chanakya. Varun Purushottam is A40 in the case. The finding has created a new momentum in the liquor scam case.
The Sulochana Farmhouse belonged to T Vijayender Reddy, who was the director at a private hospital in Hyderabad.
SIT is now trying to find money stashed away in Andhra Pradesh, Telangana or any other state. They will be conducting raids in many locations in Hyderabad and Vijayawada.
Recently, SIT chargesheeted ex CM Jagan in the Rs 3200 crore liquor scam as one of the recipients of kickbacks amounting to Rs 50-60 crore per month.
