The shooting of actor Sivakarthikeyan‘s Seyon directed by Sivakumar Murugesan and produced by Kamal Haasan’s RKFI, is now happening at a fast pace and yet there has still been no official update on its release date.
Since the announcement, Seyon has had high expectations among audiences, as Sivakarthikeyan and Kamal Haasan have reunited for this project after the massive success of Amaran.
While Seyon was earlier planned for an October release this year, the film’s shooting was delayed for various reasons and only resumed a few weeks ago. Consequently, the release of the film was postponed and there is still no clue about its updated release date.
In this scenario, now there is strong speculation that major portions of Seyon are going to be reshot, as sources claim that Kamal Haasan was very disappointed with the outcome.
Furthermore, there is also information that a misunderstanding has arisen between Sivakarthikeyan and the director. Subsequently, Seyon is now facing issues from all sides.
Even though there have not been any official updates on this, many Sivakarthikeyan fans are terribly upset by this news and are urging the director to fix all the issues.
They feel that the major reason for the massive success of Amaran was Kamal Haasan’s input. Therefore, they are asking the director to heed Kamal Haasan’s words and shape the film Seyon according to his suggestions.
Ultimately, with a lot of negativity surrounding the Seyon project, it remains to be seen how it will take shape and whether the Kamal Haasan and Sivakarthikeyan duo’s winning streak will continue upon its release.
