AP readies Core Capital EstimationsAP might have been disappointed by the peanut package it got from the Union Government recently, but this time it is getting ready with all the detailed project reports of all the estimated costs of the 15 buildings to be constructed in the capital region to ask for central funding in the Union Budget of 2015-16.

These project reports are to be prepared in 45 days and sent to the Centre for getting the first phase funds sanctioned. As an official source reveals that the Centre has assured AP government that this amount would be earmarked in the coming up Union budget. Hence the estimation of the costs and detailed reports of the 15 structures to be taken up for construction were asked by the Centre.

AP wants these funds to be released in a phased manner and it is excepting Rs.2000 crores in the first phase to begin construction works. Hence a separate DRP is prepared for each construction which would be submitted to the Union government. The state secretariat is going to be the most sophisticated one with eco-friendly designs being developed by Japanese and Singapore companies.
