The Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal is back in the highlights. Kejriwal was celebrating his second year as the Chief Minister with a party that, apparently, cost far more than the ceremony buffets of the President and Prime Minister of India. The lavish two-day party had food thalis worth 12,000 Rupees each with Taj Palace doing the catering and all the AAP MLAs and ministers attended the event.

His party budget was a whopping Rs 11.04 lakhs with the limit being crossed at 4.5 lakhs. A little while back, the official spokesperson of BJP in Delhi, Tajinder Pal Singh Bagga, brought up another matter of the Aam Aadmi Party spending more than needed.
Tajinder had put up posters throughout the city stating that money in crores was being spent on snacks and tea, called the ‘Samosa scam’, by the Delhi government in the last year and a half. Mr. Kejriwal has yet to comment on these allegations.
