Former Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao seems to be completely trapped and is looking down the barrel.
A few months ago, he led BRS to a massive defeat in the Assembly elections.

Revanth Reddy has become the Chief Minister. It is more of a personal rivalry between Revanth and KCR due to the Vote for the Note issue.
Adding insult to injury, he delivered a blank in the recent Parliament elections. The future looks completely dark for KCR.

As if Revanth is not enough, his arch-rival Chandrababu Naidu is back in power in Andhra Pradesh. Also, Naidu looks so much stronger now with the support of Delhi. He is already talking about making a comeback to Telangana Politics.
And then, Modi who sent KCR’s daughter to jail returned to power at the Center.

If BRS is finished, Telangana will be only between Congress and BJP. So, we may see Central Agencies hounding KCR very soon.
To make things worse, Bandi Sanjay has become the MoS of Home Affairs. Bandi will not forget how the KCR Government made the Police lift him at midnight in 2023 in a Paper Leak Case.
This is nothing short of Ashta Digbandhanam for KCR and it will only get difficult from here.
The question is if he and his party can survive to see the light in 2028/2029.
