It is known that Avinash Reddy is neck deep in the YS Viveka murder case with the fingers pointing at him. He managed to get anticipatory bail from the Telangana high court recently.
Following the bail order from Telangana court, YS Viveka‘s daughter Sunitha approached the supreme court, asking for the cancellation of the bail.

The supreme court has held a preliminary hearing the case and has now passed order to Avinash Reddy regarding the bail that was granted by the Telangana high court.
Sunitha has been arguing that permitting the bail to Avinash would mean that he will roam freely and can influence the witnesses in the case. The supreme court took this into consideration and has asked Avinash Reddy to file the counter.

Avinash will now have to counter Sunitha’s case regarding the cancellation of his bail. The next hearing has been pushed to 3 July.
