CBI served notice to another YSR Congress leader in YS Vivekananda Reddy‘s murder case. Jammalamadugu YSR Congress Leader Rushi Keshava Reddy was summoned to the CBI office in Hyderabad and questioned.
His name was on Avinash Reddy’s call data during the time when Vivekananda Reddy was killed.
It is to be noted that he came to the CBI office along with the Kadapa MP.
Sources say that he is so close to the MP. Buzz is that he may be questioned once again and even be arrested if needed.
CBI questioned him separately and in Avinash Reddy’s presence and also recorded his statement on Friday.
Meanwhile, on Tuesday, Supreme Court hears YS Sunitha’s petition opposing Avinash Reddy’s anticipatory bail. Sunitha is hoping that the Apex Court will cancel the bail.
Avinash Reddy was already arrested by the CBI but was immediately released as instructed by the Telangana High Court.
