Kapu-Rama-Chandra-Reddy-Mekathoti-SucharithaOn one side, we have CM YS Jagan Mohan Reddy making big claims of winning 175 out of 175 seats in the coming elections but on the other side, the situation on the ground is in complete contrast.

Many of the party seniors are losing hope. Former Minister Mekathoti Sucharitha resigned from the Guntur district Party President post a few days ago.

Less than a week after that, another senior leader, Kapu Rama Chandra Reddy resigned from the Anantapur district Party President post.

The leaders are worried that they will be made scapegoats for the party’s failure in 2024 and so are moving away.

MLAs and in charges are facing public ire in Gadapa Gadapaku and many cadres staying away from the party activities as several bills were pending for many government works. The leaders are struggling to answer their questions.

We may see some more resignations in the days to come.

Some of the senior leaders are confined to their constituencies leaving additional responsibilities. If things go out of hand, they may even consider switching parties just before the elections.
