Balineni Srinivasa Reddy is a relative of YS Vijayalakshmi. He was one of the senior-most leaders in YSR Congress but quit the party after the recent defeat.
He resigned for YSR Congress and joined Janasena Party after the elections.

Balineni’s entry into Janasena did not go well with the TDP leaders of Ongole. There are doubts even in Janasena supporters if they are joining to take refuge from any action from the Government.
But then, Pawan Kalyan trusted him and admitted him into the party and so, TDP leaders were also silent for the time being.

Balineni spoke to the media about the ongoing Property Disputes between Jagan and Sharmila.
He declared himself as the well-wisher of YSR’s family and struggled to make clear comments on the ongoing issue.

He looked so uncomfortable taking anything against Jagan and his defence for Chandrababu Naidu and Pawan Kalyan looked so artificial.
Balineni claims he suffered so much in YSR Congress in the last four years but never got into the details or said anything that would damage Jagan or YSR Congress.
The latest pressmeet only increased doubts on Balineni. But then, at the end, it is always up to what Pawan Kalyan thinks.
It maybe reminded to our readers that it was Balineni alleged EVM Tampering as the reason for the grand victory of TDP and its allies in recent elections. He also applied for EVMs verification and did so much of drama even though the EC was ready to do a mock poll on the EVMs to prove there is no problem.
