BJP Leaders including National President Amit Shah is making the same allegations of the state government misusing the central funds without giving Utilisation Certificates. The State Government has released all the proofs of UCs submission and approval by Niti Aayog. On the other side, those who are trying to check the issue with the Center are mysteriously unsuccessful.

All the RTI Applications directed to the Central Government on the issue are being delayed without giving the answers. The applications are being sent from one department to another delaying the things and giving rise to doubts they are doing it intentionally at the behest of the BJP. But then according to rules, they can not do it longer.
Amit Shah alleged that only 12% of the 1050 Crore given to the Backward districts in three years time were utilized. But the state has released UCs to the tune of 946.5 Crore submitted and approved by the Niti Aayog towards the same. The state also released the Utilisation Certificates towards the 1500 Crore given towards Amaravati.
