BRS faced such a harrowing defeat in the Telangana election that the party is now facing an existential crisis. In this context, we are hearing an interesting report pertaining to the parliamentary election results that are arriving on the 4th of June.
After the defeat in the 2023 assembly elections, BRS is in such a pitiful position in the parliament election that even winning a single MP seat is being seen as a win.
The one solitary seat that BRS is projected to win in Telangana is said to be the Medak segment but there is a catch here as well.
Even if BRS wants to win the Medak parliamentary segment, the party will have to fare exceptionally well in the Gajwel and Siddipet assembly constituencies that fall under the Medak parliament segment.
While Gajwel belongs to KCR, the BRS boss man, Siddipet is the constituency that belongs to another BRS main man, Harish Rao. These are two of the biggest names associated with BRS and it has to be seen if the political power of these two stalwarts would be enough for BRS to win at least the solitary seat.
Not winning even a single MP seat would mean a disaster of epic proportions for BRS and this would further sink the party that is already neck-deep in trouble with the domination of Congress. BJP is expected to put on a fighting show in the MP election anyway so BRS must at least pull through Medak with help from Gajwel and Siddipet.
